Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in air conditioning systems, brakes, used car reconditioning, and mechanical troubleshooting.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles operate efficiently and safely. We are looking for candidates that have a strong work ethic and want to grow in a high producing shop. We are working on a 4-day work week if we are able to hire the right candidates. If you are selected for an interview, please bring data to match your high production statistics. These candidates will also need to have minimal errors and comebacks as cusotmer satisfaction is our #1 goal.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in various makes and models.
• Diagnose and repair different makes and models.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and systems.
• Utilize manufacturer repair process to diagnose and repair vehicles
• Must be a top performer when repairing vehicles,
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in equipment repair and maintenance, particularly with air conditioning systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters, and manufacturer scan tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating service vehicles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
