Currently we have a family owned and operated store with over 30 locations in your area looking to hire an Automotive Service Manager.

**$800-$950 Weekly Base Pay, plus Weekly and Monthly Bonus Opportunities** Saturday work is a must with a day off during the week. Closed Sundays and 6 Major Holidays. Full time Work!

Responsibilities May Include:

• Oversee daily operations of the express lane/service department.

• Manage a team of service advisors and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor service workflow to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Assist in training and development of staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for service operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service management or related field preferred.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with service management software.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
